Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We use thermal bubble mailers to help keep your packages from arriving melted in the summer, so they need to be brought in right away after being delivered on hot days.  We are not responsible for melted products. 

If there is another problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days to let us know of any issues. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a store credit or refund.  Items must be returned in the same condition we shipped to you.  We do not refund shipping unless it was our error, and we do charge a 20% restocking fee.  If you return a product that was not due to our fault and you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with a return authorization number and instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We ship internationally EXCEPT for Germany and New Zealand.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Unless other arrangements are made beforehand, we ship using the United States Postal Service.  You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Cancellations

Regular orders can be cancelled as long as the order has not been shipped.

If you ordered a soy candle, they are made to order, and the orders cannot be cancelled if we've already poured your candle.

Soap pre-orders can only be cancelled if they are more than 1 week out from shipping, as we usually get pre-orders prepared for shipping a week in advance.
