We use thermal bubble mailers and take every precaution to make sure your packages do not arrive melted in the summer, so they need to be brought in right away after being delivered on hot days. IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES MELTED, you must contact us immediately - the same day they were delivered. We will check the date/time the package was scanned as delivered by your mail carrier. We are not responsible for packages that were left outside in the heat.
If there is another problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days to let us know of any issues.
You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Items must be returned in the same condition we shipped to you. We do not refund shipping unless it was our error, and we do charge a 20% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with a return authorization number and instructions for how to return items from your order.
We ship internationally EXCEPT for Germany. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Unless other arrangements are made beforehand, we ship using the United States Postal Service. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
